 Loveland Charters is beginning its 27th year in the charter industry. We are a small,
quality, family-owned business, fully licensed and insured. We make our living on a full time basis, running charters from April to October., seven
days a week. We have been able to build our business successfully year after year by dedicating ourselves to pleasing our customers in every way that we can. We work long hours
every day to insure your fishing pleasure. We run only one trip per day so are not locked in to a seven or eight hour dock to dock trip.
Both boats provide rods and reels. However, many people elect to bring their own Walleye fishing equipment. Rods should be 5' to 6'
medium to heavy action with 6# to 8# test line and a spinning reel with a good drag system. .
Schedule:
- Lake Ontario Docked at Newfane Town Marina in Olcott, New York. King Salmon, Coho, Browns, Lake Trout and Steelhead
- Spring Season: Fishing in shallow water
early with planer boards and then moving to deeper water. The Niagara River and the Niagra Bar, along with all the water past Golden Hill State Park provide an
excellent Spring fishery which includes Brown Trout, Coho, Lake Trout, Kings and Steelhead.
- Summer an Fall Season: Fishing off
shore to the Candian line provides us with excellent fresh water salmon (kings and Coho), Steelhead, Lake Trout and Brown Trout. Kings often go over 30# and
Steelhead over 15#, making for an exciting day.
- Fall Season: Perch fishing out of Grand
River, Ohio. Late September, October, Mid November. The Perch fishing is great, including a lot of jumbos.

- Walleye Fishing: Docked at Anchors Away Marina, Marblehead, Ohio. Fishing western Lake Erie from Michigan line
to Lorain, Ohio, (including Canada, with proper lic.). We prefer drift fishing as it is more rewarding, but trolling is an option. Small Mouth Bass is great around the US Islands, but excellent in
Canada, about 3/4 hour away. Many days while catching Walleye, we catch a number of Yellow Perch, White Perch and White Bass.
